14. Attached list:Requirements for the stable operation of shaker on the breast roll.

14.1 The elastic support of breast roll needs to be operate reliably, to ensure the position accuracy in operation. Accuracy error on horizontal and vertical is less than 0.1mm. The position accuracy for re-assembly of breast roll is less than 0.1mm.、

14.2 Bearing assembly requires no axial travel between breast roll and bearing tile.

14.3 Linear bearing

14.3.1 The breast roll is equipped with thin oil lubricated sliding bearings, to ensure the breast roll rotates at high speed and simultaneously moves along the axis in a steady and reciprocating manner.

14.3.2 Ensure the coaxiality of the breast roll and the sliding bearing as well as the shaker linkage mechanism.

 

Shaker structure

1. Shaker component:1set

Including 1 frame, 4 drive shafts, 8 gears, 4 pouring weights, 8 bearings and housings.

       

2. Gearing:1set

The main drive is GF reducer motor(The SEW brand,Protection grade IP56, energy efficiency grade IE3), through the synchronous toothed belt drive mechanism, to realize two shafts synchronous rotation. The driven of two shafts is connected by parallel axes coupling imported from Germany and shaker wheel drive shaft.

3. Amplitude adjustment mechanism:1set

The amplitude adjustment mechanism designed by the patent ensures the amplitude of the shaker is stable and unchanged.

                             

4. Connect mechanism:1set

The linkage end of shaker is a reliable coupled component formed by double spherical surface and linkage housing. The linkage mechanism can be adjusted at a certain angle.

       

5. lubrication system: 1set

The lubrication system adopts two-stage lubrication: the gear and the bearing are fixed- point circulating lubrication, and the pressure is adjusted to 0.2 ~ 0.3Mpa and added to each lubrication point. The shaker components use oil film lubrication. 2 tracks are provided with 8 dynamic pressure lubrication zones, and the pressure adjustment range is 0.8- 1.0Mpa, to form a stable lubricating oil film between shaker and track, reduce the sliding load, prolong service life of the slide way. Lubrication oil grade is 68#.

       

6. Basic mechanism: 1set

The foundation of shaker is fixed to the concrete foundation by 6 anchor bolts of M24 on the sole plate. The housin of adjustment mechanism is welded to sole plate after accurate positioning by 4 sets of adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism can adjust the horizontal error accurately.

       

7. Electrical control system: 1set

7.1 The total power of the shaker is 25.7kw, including the main drive motor (22KW), the amplitude phase-modulation motor (1.5kw) and the lubricating oil pump motor (2.2kw).
7.2 The control system is based on Siemens S7-1200 as the control core and controls two ABB-ACS880 vector frequency converters through the control bus to control the vibration number and amplitude of the shaker.
7.3 Siemens TP700 control panel is used to input control parameters and read equipment operation status and equipment failure alarm information.
7.4 Advanced control system design, simple operation. The system is equipped with multiple interlock protection function to ensure the safety of equipment to the maximum extent
7.5 Provides a list of signal exchanges required with the customer DCS with a hard wire connection. Users can read the vibration frequency and amplitude of the shaker, as well as the running state of the equipment, fault alarm and other information.

       

8. Amplitude monitoring system: 1set

The actual amplitude of the machine is measured through the NOVOTECHLINK non- contact displacement sensor in Germany, and then the actual amplitude of the machine is obtained by calculating the maximum and minimum values of the position through the program.

Breast roll and sliding linear bearing system

1. 1 new breast roll(Φ622×4000) which made of 25mm thick rolled steel plate, the surface is covered with wear-resistant rubber and the thickness is 16mm.

2. 2 sets of bearing housing for breast roll,including bearings, NSK type:NU226E.

3. 1 set of thrust bearing housing for breast roll, including bearings, NSK type: 30316.

4. 1 pair of breast roll support frame, all 304 stainless steel.

5. A thin oil lubrication station provides lubrication for linear and thrust bearing housings.
