In the previous production of Sunshine Prince, due to the material of the dryer itself, after a period of use, various problems will appear depending on the type of paper, such as: rust, sticky material, sticky paper hair, etc. Such problems not only affect the service life of the dryer fabric, but also affect the quality of the paper to varying degrees. This has led to an increase in production costs and a decline in product quality.
The traditional solution is to spray tungsten carbide and black Dupont Teflon material on the surface of the dryer, but the traditional spraying materials cannot solve the problem of sticking materials for several special paper types and special fillers in the pulp.
