Twin-roll press is a mainstream product in foreign countries, and it is being paid more and more attention in China, and the number of manufacturers using it is increasing rapidly. Especially in the medium-consistency production process, it has obvious application advantages, such as washing in the oxygen delignification section, medium-consistency bleaching (TCF) and (ECF) section washing, and can also be used for black liquor extraction of coarse stock and concentration of waste paper pulp. This equipment Due to the wide range of incoming pulp concentration, high output pulp concentration, large room for adjustment, and small footprint of the equipment itself, it has more advantages than traditional vacuum pulp washer.
The domestic twin-roll press technology was first developed by our institute. In the era of planned economy, our institute did not directly convert the drawing software into equipment products. This achievement was first transferred to Shandong Weifang Yangfan Machinery Co., Ltd., and then Yangfan Machinery Co., Ltd. Wenrui Machinery Co., Ltd. formally produced the product after the establishment of a new joint venture company. From prototype manufacturing, factory testing, actual production line application and promotion, our institute has followed the whole process, and optimized the design of parts and components for equipment manufacturing. In the process, users’ opinions are used to further optimize the public design. At the same time, we actively absorbed the advantages of similar foreign products, updated and simplified the structure, and launched the second and third generation product drawings.
After 2001 , the blueprints of our institute have basically not been transferred, and the design software of our institute has been transformed into products. China United Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company directly under the former Light Industry Corporation. It is currently affiliated to the central enterprise China National Building Materials Group. Hangzhou Electro mechanical Design Institute and Anyang Machinery Co., Ltd., Tianjin Light Machinery Factory, Yibin Paper Machinery Factory and other enterprises provide various latest high-quality products for domestic and foreign customers, among which the new double-roller pulping machine is one of the products one.
The H935 type manufactured by the United Equipment Group is one of the products of the new twin-roll press series. The first product has been used in the Chongqing Lee & Man Household Paper Workshop for the low-concentration chemically bleached bamboo pulp delivered by the pipeline of the plant. (about 3%) concentrated and sent to high-consistency beating mill for treatment.
