Bannor screen system including multiple equipment such as coarse screen, fine scree, fractionation screen, etc. Different equipment can be used for different materials, from larger impurities such as shredded paper and plastics to smaller impurities such as adhesives in fibers or waste pulp. In addition, there are devices that can grade fiber length and flexibility to suit different production purposes. Our new design applied to the machine,  has 30% low consumption and finer screening effect.

AWS series internal flow pressure screen is used for screen selection of pulp before paper machine.

The VJS external flow series fine screen is used for further fine screening of pulp to remove residual small impurities, coarse fibers, and sticky substances in waste pulp, thereby improving the quality of the pulp. It employs a multi-rotor blade and a low-pulse structure rotor, which are characterized by low power consumption and good screening performance.

The VFS external flow series grading screen is used to classify the pulp based on the differences in fiber length and flexibility. It separates fibers into long fibers/short fibers or long fibers/medium-long fibers/short fibers, to be used for different production purposes. It employs a multi-rotor blade and a low-pulse structure rotor, which are characterized by low power consumption and good screening performance.

The VCS series coarse screen is used to remove larger impurities in the pulp, such as paper scraps, plastic pieces, etc. It adopts an enclosed rotor that generates continuous gentle pulses and is characterized by low power consumption and good screening performance.
