Pilot Paper Machine

Our pilot paper machine for university, institute, paper mill and chemicals company. Pilot Wetlaid Nonwoven and Paper-manufacturing line in a laboratory scale, can be used for research and developments, Product Performance test and product composition verification.

Bannor guide by European special paper technology offers top-class testing services for cotton fibers and blends, as well as for staple and filament yarns of all raw materials. Besides, we also corporate with universities to do lab research and elite development program.

Design Department

Welcome to the heart of innovation at our esteemed Design Department.

Rooted in Europe’s rich industrial heritage, we pride ourselves on being a luminary in intricate machinery design and analysis. Every critical component is crafted with precision, reflecting the meticulousness we inherit from Europe’s leading machinery traditions.

Bannor team supplements the detailed design and drawings of other parts according to the key component drawings, project flow charts and general layout drawings provided by European machinery companies.

Whole Plant Designer

Our team is led by a distinguished expert, acclaimed for his deep-rooted expertise in designing specialty paper and composite material equipment. Having honed his skills at the apex of the domestic specialty paper machinery industry, he ensures that every project underpins authenticity and unmatched craftsmanship. Collaborating closely with Saxobran GmbH, his team transforms foundational designs—key component diagrams, project flowcharts, and overarching layouts—into finely detailed illustrations and schematics.

Diverse client requirements spur us to innovate. We’re acclaimed for our all-encompassing approach to factory design. Whether it’s the unique landscape conditions or intricate infrastructure needs like transportation and electricity, we ensure every corner is optimized. Our blueprints are holistic, encapsulating even the most complex areas like HVAC, civil engineering, and safety protocols.

Our team is adept at transmuting 2D designs into lifelike 3D models, leveraging advanced tools such as CAD and Solidworks. These models undergo rigorous optimization, ensuring that every design transition is seamless.

Appearance Designer Team

The department boasts contributions from a dynamic group founded by German-trained industrial design enthusiasts and distinguished university faculty. As pioneers in digital platform design with a keen focus on industrial aesthetics, they enhance our projects with an edge in equipment appearance and user-interface design. A team of 50 spirited professionals, including industrial designers, structural engineers, and tech gurus, drives this vision. Blend tradition with tomorrow, creating designs that resonate, inspire, and innovate.

Top Tier engineers

We have another team with two decades of profound industry knowledge to the table, especially in the realms of dewatering and molding. Innovative streak is evident in groundbreaking products like the crescent sanitary paper machine and the hand towel machine. Being a beacon in national manufacturing and awarded as a provincial high-tech enterprise, their strength lies in their diverse 160-member team,  adept process engineers, and a spectrum of specialized mechanical and electrical engineers.

Precise Workshop

Our assembly workshop, experts are adept at pre-assembling components with precision. Beyond assembly, our workers shine in on-site installations, ensuring our client’s operations kickstart without a hitch. This becomes the keystone in landmark turnkey projects, notably the German testing machine and the Philippines testing machine endeavors.
