As we all know, the smooth running and stretching of the paper sheet is inseparable from the function of the curved roller, and the stable operation at high speed constantly also become an important challenge.
Since 2005, we worked hard on technology promotion and accumulation of curved roll products. We started to produce its own brand of curved rolls start in 2015.
To produce high-precision arc-shaped rolls, we equipped with imported dynamic balancing machines to ensure that the dynamic balance of each roll section reaches the best level before the arc-shaped rolls are assembled, which is also the key to the production of high-speed arc-shaped rolls.
In addition, we have several imported CNC lathes, imported processing centers and self-developed mandrel processing equipment, which ensures the processing accuracy and realizes the independent production of all key components, ensuring the stability of product quality.
The hydraulic bi-side adjustable arc roller we developed independently has been running smoothly on a rewinder with a design speed of 2800m/min for more than half a year, which also benefits from the precise processing and testing equipment, as well as years of experience accumulated by technicians.
The smooth and high-speed operation of the arc roller is inseparable from the close cooperation of its internal parts. For this purpose, we are equipped with three-coordinate testing equipment, which is used for the measurement and research of the fit clearance of various parts, as well as the quality control of parts.
After several years of hard work, we provided hundreds of curved rolls for major paper companies and has been widely recognized by customers.
We will continue to research and development, control the quality strictly, and strive to completely replace imported curved rollers and seek to surpass them, strive to create the first brand of domestic curved rollers, and provide the best quality service and products for the paper industry.
