Quad-roll cantilever design. The four rolls are the breast roll, separation roll, tension roll, and correction roll.
The forming wire allows a stretch rate of 1.5%, with a maximum tension of 10kN/m. The wire tension is detected by tension sensors, and the tension signal is fed back to the tensioner via PLC for automatic tensioning. The tensioner also has 2 limit switches, which stop upon reaching the limit and can only operate in reverse.
The frame is a box-type steel-welded structure, with longitudinal and transverse beams and frame bases all covered in stainless steel. Cantilever design makes it easy to change the mesh when the operation side of the frame is opened and lifted by a hydraulic jack.
The water collection device is the focus of the crescent former design. The water collection tray below the forming roll receives the white water that is drained off, equipped with a curved flow guide plate.
