Continuous cooking system with horizontal/inclined pipe
Continuous cooking system with horizontal pipe is suitable for raw materials such as grass, while continuous cooking system with inclined pipe is especially suitable for raw materials such as wood chips and bamboo chips, in order to produce chemical pulp and semi-chemical pulp, including bale breaker, grass cutter (bamboo cutter), rocking screen (drum screen), raw material bin, drum washer, hydraulic washer, grass pump, inclined screw dewatering, bidirectional flow rotary fine screen, feedback screw, pin drum meter, heating screw, T-shaped pipe against reverse spraying, screw feeder, cooking pipe, vertical unloader, discharge valve, blow pot or blow-off bin and DCS control system.
Features:
1. With continuous production and high efficiency, production capacity of unit volume is more than 5 times as many as that of intermittent cooking.
2. Electrical and steam consumptions are balanced and stable, without peak load.
3. Steam consumption and chemical dosage are reduced obviously; liquid ratio is small, so as to reduce pollution and waste liquid recovery costs, and reduce production cost effectively.
