Clupak Unit
1. To producesack paper, this clupak unit consists of drying cylinder, compression bar, rubberfelt roll, rubber felt, stretch roll, guiding roll, rubber felt cooling,lubricating and grinding device, rubber felt hanging device and silicone oilsystem. In order to replace the rubber felt conveniently and shortenreplacement time, the rubber felt is replaced in a cantilever way. Cantileverbeam is integrated with machine frame out of drive side. Rubber felt grindingdust is suctioned and separated with dust collector.
2. Multiple pneumaticbellows in CD apply linear pressure forcompression bar, so the pressure is basically consistent at all points in CD. Linearpressure is adjusted by air pressure in pneumaticbellows. Design linearpressure of compression bar to the rubber feltis 0~450N/cm, which is adjustable. Operating linear pressure is 180~240N/cm.
3.Shore hardness of the endless rubber felt is A55~60.
4. Hoisting weight of maximum package is 8.5t.
